Shipping policy

Please note that because each product is made for you from scratch, your item may have a lead time of 3 to 5 business days to be created and shipped. Please consider that when selecting a shipping method, as the shipping time will be calculated from when the product fabrication is completed. Once items are marked delivered by the carrier, that carrier is responsible for all orders that the customer has not received.
