Items may take 5 to 7 days to produce before shipping.
Once items are marked delivered by the carrier, that carrier is responsible for all orders that the customer has not received. If a product in your order arrives damaged or not as ordered (you received a different product size, for example), email info@cbtrust.org within 3 weeks of delivery to have the manufacturer replace the product.
For orders of multiple products: We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. However, because each of your products is made to order especially for you, and because individual items are produced in locations all across the country, the separate items in your order may be coming from different locations and shipping to you separately. In those cases, unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be bundled. However, to thank you for shopping with us, we will offer a 5% discount on all orders over $250.
